My new goal is to post two to three times a week. I saw John Chow on a sign a while back. Someone asked him how he got traffic to his blog and said he posts twice a day, every day. He configured his Feedburner to send an email approximately every 12 hours. Now, that's a bit extreme in my opinion (and possibly irritating to subscribers). But having done something similar myself, I see that John is right in principle. Posting more often works. Now, I think it's important to be careful here.
I see so many e-commerce sites killing themselves to get more posts, but they're not seeing conversions. I want hair masking service people to come to my website regularly because my content is really useful, informative and practical. Not all of my weekly posts will be epic masterpieces.
